Forklift Mechanic Responsibilities Include:
Perform scheduled maintenance, diagnostics, identify and repair on forklifts and other vehicles onsite. The Forklift Mechanic will be required to keep inventory of parts and tools. This person will work with the parts team to ensure you have the correct parts and documentation. In this role, you will be responsible for communicating with multiple people; excellent communication skills with an emphasis on courteous and expert customer service is required. You will be expected responsible for these duties in a safe and timely manner.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Repairing electronic/electrical issues
- Troubleshooting hydraulic systems
- Maintain equipment including forklifts, pallet trucks, boom lifts and scissor lifts
- Diagnostics of LPG components
- On-site repairs
